I hate choosing thumbnails by instinct alone when the stakes are attention and distribution. This prototype reads a batch of frames and scores them against visual hierarchy, face detection, motion implication, and title-safe placement.

The ambition is simple: ship stronger covers faster, then learn where the model is wrong and where human intuition still wins.
